A monthly reporting tool for a nonprofit's field operations
A native macOS desktop application that replaces a manual paper-and-Excel monthly reporting workflow for a nonprofit organization. Field representatives email in scanned expense vouchers and volunteer-hours forms; the app ingests them, runs LLM-powered OCR to auto-extract names, dates, totals, and line items, stamps digital signatures onto each PDF, drafts pre-populated emails to leadership, and persists every submission to a local database with an editable historical record. Built solo to compress a multi-hour monthly process into a few minutes.
A job-management app for a luxury service business
A private client running a luxury-quality service company needed a custom tool to coordinate jobs between their internal team and their customers. We built a web app with two distinct access tiers: owners and crew sign in with full credentials to manage the schedule, while customers get a friction-free experience — they receive job-specific magic links by email, with no account to create and no password to manage. The result is a system that respects the operational complexity on the business side while keeping the customer surface as simple as opening an email.
