A native macOS app that replaces a paper-and-Excel monthly workflow. Field reps email scanned vouchers and hours forms; the app runs LLM-powered OCR, stamps signatures onto each PDF, drafts leadership emails, and persists every submission locally — compressing a multi-hour monthly process into a few minutes.
A benefit-discovery engine for U.S. veterans
A two-minute intake that matches veterans against 800+ federal, state, and local programs — including a 50-state heatmap and a privacy-first model where results live in the URL, not on a server.
A job-management app for a luxury service business
A private client running a luxury service company needed a tool to coordinate jobs between their internal team and customers. We built a web app with two-tier access: owners and crew log in with credentials, while customers get friction-free access via emailed magic links — no account, no password to forget.
