ExactoDev is a small, remote U.S.-based studio. We work with founders, operators, and small teams who need something specific built — a marketing site, an internal tool, a small AI-powered feature — and want to deal directly with the person writing the code.
We keep engagements small on purpose. One project at a time means each gets undivided attention, and nothing waits behind someone else's release window.

Start with the problem.
A short conversation. No formal proposal stage, no 30-page spec. We want to understand what's actually broken or worth building, in your own words. If it's a fit, we move forward; if it's not, we'll say so.
Build an MVP.
We work fast. You get a real, working version focused on the core problem — not slides, not mockups, not a project plan that takes longer than the project itself. The goal is something in your hands you can actually use within weeks, not months.
Talk about what's next.
Once the MVP is live, we sit down and look at it together. What's working, what to refine, what to add, what to cut. The next phase gets decided after seeing reality — not predicted up front before either of us knew what would happen.
